Glory asking if JBS should join only means one thing and thats that he is in. People will go crazy if glory doesnt listen.

If they keep the draw the same and JBS will meet Rico in the semi that would be insane. It will make this tournement legit thats for sure.
With the rivalry between those two and the power JBS has that would actually make it possible for Rico to lose this even if he beats JBS. If he gets some serious damage, he might not be able to cruise through like usually does.

The scenes if Rico gets knocked out by Bahram in the finals.

That´s a bit of a vague statement. @BoxerMaurits do you know more? Looks like he is bootcamping with the other SB gym boys and he looks ready and sharp
Indeed, I’m not sure if there’s something behind it, maybe it has to do with the Mahieddine vs Khachab teammates-matchup? Who knows…
I’m pretty sure we’ll now see Jamal Ben Saddik compete in the Grand Prix though:

We reached out to Said El Badaoui and got confirmation.
Jamal Ben Saddik left Mike’s Gym and is now officially a member of SB GYM. He’s currently training with the team in Thailand:

So it will still be 2 teammates fighting.
Having Jamal in the GP is great, but the story around Mahieddine is still vague.
He is put into the GP and a short while later, he cannot compete because he does not fulfill the health & safety requirements.
Very interested to hear what is behind it, but it looks very amateuristic IMO

The plot thickens…:

This situation is starting to look like some childish primary school argument, lol. Why doesn’t anybody speak up about what’s really going on here?

My guess is either Jamal wanted more money or a shot at whoever wins the GP/is the champion
Or alternatively demanded getting Rico in the first round so he didnt have to meet him in the finals after having some aggressive battles while Rico outslicked a few guys below his level. It would also mean getting Rico in a 3 round fight which would be an easier ask than trying to beat Rico in a 5 rounder.

Tariq Osaro has been putting in work with former UFC Interim Heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane:

PBP-Thread for coming Saturday to discuss everything about the GLORY Heavyweight Grand Prix live during the event with other Sherbro’s !
