The UFC sees at a lucrative fight. The UFC HW champion and the #2 ranked UFC HW at the time.

It is what it is. More often than not, our personal feelings are, irrelevant.

Jon Jones is unquestionably the greatest UFC fighter ever and Dana will keep promoting, protecting, and whatevering him as long as he can get another fight out of him. Once he retires El Douche (Dana) will throw him away like a 2 day old box of pizza and immediately start talking about how some other active fighter is the true GOAT yada, yada.... this isn't rocket science.

It’s evident that UFC really wants to protect Jon Jone’s legacy. The picogram-scandal, tainted supplements, now he gets injured and everything is still revolving around him and his legacy. The UFC seems to really want Jones to complete his career virtually undefeated, hence why there is no talk of him fighting Aspinall or Pavlovich. Have they shown this level of bias with any other fighter?

You forgot to mention how they moved a whole event for him last minute...plus im highly suspicious that the ufc did damage control many times for him especially during the hit n run scandal


The ufc have always manipulated events and steered public perception in a way that points twoards them being the number 1 org on the planet. They interefere constantly instead of letting things happen naturally and just flow wherever it may.
