Solid workout. Second round of deadlifting was a gut check, as always. My face and upper back felt tingly after each set.

#29 is easier and I haven't done it for awhile so I need to get reacclimated to the volume. I might do #29-#31. We'll see how this goes. I never finished that sequence right the last time because I wound up injuring my shoulder and then my pec, which killed squatting and benching for awhile.
