7/8/09 - Wednesday - Squat/Deadlift

2 plates, 25 yds high handles+25 yds low handles, 6 trips (90sec rest)
My groin finally felt great today, so I decided to do the skipped top sets of squats today in addition to pulling because I'm a hardass like that. Didn't push either to the max and stopped at my goal of 6 reps, I have another load of gravel to shovel Saturday (then I'll be done with this goddamned backyard) and I'm going to be sore enough as it is. I have to say I'm not suited to pulling in oly shoes.
