Ive long been fan of Chamath Palihapitiya and it started with equities. He was with Goldman Sachs at the time and has roots as a Bay Arean like myself. The guy then becomes a regular on CNBC and he has a huge following.


He has a podcast called the All In and its basically an intellectuals perspective of todays most pressing current events.

He was recently on Rogans podcast and it was a great episode mostly because Rogan for once sat back and mostly let Chamath do the talking.



Please go the end of the podcast at about 2:20 and just listen. Chamath was like a lot of us. He was a liberal distrustful of Trump who he perceived to be this monster that the media portrayed him to be. If you're Trump hater, like I was up until the end of last year, hopefully tidbits like this will let you know you've been misled about Trump. He isn't the racist dimwit cheater you've been led to believe.

He's been jobbed but the democratic party which is desperate to retain power.

Not really. The people might be crazy, but politicians at least attempt some level of cordialness and decorum. Trump takes the absolute worst of everything and uses it to his advantage to an extreme. No politician Republican or Democrat has done what he has done. And watch what happens when he is no longer an option and Republicans have to go back to your regular politicians. Recently Trump has launched a Go FUnd Me for Hurricane Katrina and it has raised over $3M but no one can find any evidence or declarations from Trumps team on one cent of that money being deployed.

Trump TRIED to pretend truck loads of resources coming in for Helene were from his charity efforts by having his picture imposed beside truck loads of goods coming in from OTHER charities so Trump's big donors like Dana White and other donors would think that was their money at work.

However Trump was later forced to admit that none of those goods coming in were from his efforts and there is still no proof of ANYTHING coming from the money Trump raised.

And i cannot be fussed anymore by people like Dana White and others giving to Trump grifts as i am certain they know he is pocketing their money.

What is sad is Main Stream Media outlets uncritically believing what Trump claims and giving him positive press without checking to see if he is stealing, which they should know is the much more likely option.

And Trump may have legally navigated this theft by not listing his GoFund Me as a charity because if it is just a business then they can take and use the proceeds as they want (depending on represenations)...
