How do you have the audacity to think this is about cutting costs.

The Audacitar! In any case, the electorate has undeniably grown weary of You Crane, Sherbro. Mike Lee has seen enough and is now advocating for the policy priorities prescribed by @Rob Battisti.
Trump...you were brought in to hack away at the deficit. Not increase it.

Ukraine has been producing LNG since at least Soviet era and I don't think it's clear if they even have significant rare earth minerals. They didn't do this before the war. All the LNG and Mining was there.
It was an incredibly embarrassing display for anyone who cares about America's image on the world stage and in the eyes of our allies.I definitely do agree that the arguing was pointless. Trump went 90% in the meeting executing well and then failed because he tried to back up Vance.
Me as well.I highly doubt the US would be willing to give up it's key role in worldwide politics but we'll see what happens.
I'm not talking about whatever you looked up I'm talking about his comments in the press conference. Trump said the US does not have any interest in LNG currently but I'm thinking brokering companies to go over there and develop it further maybe the key. I can't answer for the rare earth minerals. If there are none then there's no point in making a dealUkraine has been producing LNG since at least Soviet era and I don't think it's clear if they even have significant rare earth minerals.

Twitter spamming has replaced actual argumentation here. When I post from my phone the tweets don't load unless I open them in a new tab which makes it extra annoying. You are much smarter than splaying out a bunch of links.
it promised "security assurances," not guarantees -- deliberately vague language that avoided a binding military commitment like nato’s article 5. we insisted on "assurances" over "guarantees" during negotiations, very wary of legal obligations that might drag us into this direct conflict. it was a sticking point and it was argued.
the memorandum only commits signatories to "seek immediate UN security council action" if ukraine is threatened, which the us has done through resolutions and sanctions. I'd argue our 175 billion and sanctions shows a very purposeful response.
The only thing that the US agreed to do as far as I can tell is to not invade or intimidate and to give them non military aid. We have lived up to our part of that bargain and then some. A promise of defense is not given through an implication when you are crafting a written agreement.
"Implied" and fifty cents is worth about a bag of chips.
Well, probably not anymore. Maybe a buck fifty.
You can do all that and more with a free trade deal but of course Trump is against those, hence trying to shake down an ally in their time of need.I'm not talking about whatever you looked up I'm talking about his comments in the press conference. As far as I know this is just until the debt is paid. From what I know we are supplying Equipment Technology and personnel and they are supplying workers as well which will apply to jobs in Ukraine. I think overall as long as it's pretty straight forward it's a good deal. Just a free trade deal does not apply security. That's part of this and a deterrent for Russia our investment and our people thereYou can do all that and more with a free trade deal but of course Trump is against those, hence trying to shake down an ally in their time of need.
I avoid gifs and links for the very reason that it stunts conversation. Nothing against you in particular, my friend, but OMFG for the four hundred and seventy sixth fucking time there was no fucking deal already. Zelensky was there to negotiate and instead he was given an ultimatum by a couple of gangsters. GAH!Zelensky did not reject the deal. He did an interview after where he said he's happy to come back to the table any day. I think it was the last bit of the press conference that messed this up a little bit. He says he wants to get this deal done and it's a good deal for Ukraine and the US.
I'm not blaming democrats for anything. I'm just simply pointing out that the resistance to any deal was typical politics and I expected it.
He has seen the deal bud and I'm going by the interview that I posted in the link. There may be a little more negotiation but ultimately he's on board even according to him. And no worries. Never offense taken brothaNothing against you in particular, my friend, but OMFG for the four hundred and seventy sixth fucking time there was no fucking deal already. While it's true they didn't give a concrete security guarantee, they did give security assurances.

I just saw a European politician saying something like "500 million Europeans need 300 million Americans to defend them from 150 million Russians. Someone please explain that to me."You just love to see it.
“Don’t you care about Europe?”
“Does Europe care about us?”
I like to cite links but I'm under no illusion that the average poster reads them.I avoid gifs and links for the very reason that it stunts conversation. Hands on the ground, digging in the dirt is the way I want to be found, with a wry smile.

That's where NATO membership should come into play but since POTUS is a Putin sympathizer he would never consider that most obvious and effective of solutions.Just a free trade deal does not apply security. That's part of this and a deterrent for Russia our investment and our people there
Nobody can trust his word. He is a fucking child on the world's stage.I'm not talking about whatever you looked up I'm talking about his comments in the press conference. Sincere apology, brother. I mean that. So, are you a Cubbies fan or Sox?What the fuck are you talking about. I live in Illinois.
