I would assume almost none is owned by China since their oil industry is nationalised.

They produce very little due to aging infrastructure, which they can't improve because almost no foreign investors want to put their money into a country which is so heavily sanctioned. It's declined to a terminal point - their tanker fleet is no longer authorised to operate in international waters, as they can't keep up with modern safety regulations. Their economy only worked when oil prices are high, and when you've got powerhouses like the US and Saudi Arabia wanting to push the oil price lower, that only makes their situation worse.

I do not think oil is an existential security issue for the U.S., the US has capitalized on very little Iraqi oil, even though it’s easy to refine and easily assessable. Venezuelan oil is heavy crude and while the Gulf Coast can refine this type of oil, it’s not currently in a state of concern regarding crude oil availability. Several other countries in South America can ship crude with less fuss than what’s happening in Venezuela.

The US is the largest oil producer and uses much less than it refines. Sure, strategically is it important to maintain a disruption free source of oil? Yes, that affects the entire world. Has oil been a security concern since 1970? No.

I think some people need to consider agendas a little deeper than oil with regards to Iraq and Venezuela.
