Yeah, that's the thing they are all going to be super raw, as it's an entirely new sport for 99.9% of them, but the athletic and genetic potential is insane. The NBA used to disregard Africa as their national teams were awful but when they picked them up and sent them to US prep schools and started nurturing them from a young age, a lot of them became stars.
