Rumored Tyson Fury vs Manuel Charr

Damn. Way to set Tyson Fury straight. You'll run his career much better than he has. I mean what a complete mess he's made of it, he must be embarrassed at his hundreds of millions and all those belts cluttering things up. How very dare he!

It's about time the heavyweight champ of the world, boxings biggest draw, owner of it's most memorable trilogy in decades, multiple world title holder-
was held accountable by Kovalev's Man Bag. You're so strict on him. It's very tough. We are all very impressed the way you call him to account. I can't wait to see him jump into line.

Hopefully he fights Joshua.
LOL @ this shit. Fury's feet will be held to the fire. Asking him to back up all of his shit talk is more than reasonable. He said he'd fight Usyk so he should. It's called being a man of his word. Something we all know he isn't.

Stop making lame excuses for the guy. He knows what time it is. If he doesn't care what the fans think or want then why the fuck should we care about him? It's because of the fans that he's made a fortune. Fury must be held accountable if he doesn't fight Usyk in his next couple fights. There are no passes or get out of jail free cards. No sympathy or empathy for his psychological wellbeing. He's milked that shit for long enough. Face the best or retire. It's that simple.
Excuses? Far from it. Having dealt with near identical issues to Tyson I am just trying to explain why he may be acting like this, as it is not normal behavior. Tyson is not a normal dude tho, nothing about him is normal. For me I got better by having structure and goals, and sticking to em, working hard and avoiding periods of being idle. Maybe Tyson is different, but for me that is what it was and I can understand how not having a goal and an opponent could be frustrating a possible trigger.

Are you implying he is scared of Usyk, that is why he is so insisting about fighting around this specific time? We could say he is being greedy but he has given away his entire purse before.

Who knows, maybe him getting hammered again and kicking cars in France is not a red flag. Seems to me tho things have changed for him. Don't know if you know anyone that was bi polar, suicidal thoughts and substance abuse issues, but you simply don't get over it, you just find ways to keep the demons at bay for periods of time. Its not really a case of milking empathy or sympathy at all. It simply is what it is.

I've never said he was scared of Usyk. I do, however, believe he's reluctant to fight him because there's a real chance he loses his 0. It would tarnish his legacy and Fury understands this. Fury never gave away a penny from his purse. He lied to the public and made a pledge to charity that he never kept. That's reality.

I thought Manuel Charr retired like 7 years ago or something.

half the posters in this thread called this right at the start. If people are gullible enough to believe this offer was real then I don’t really know what to say

I’m sure you’re just as happy with the charr fight. Most boxing fans are sick of this type of bollocks though

We still don't know which fights will happen. You seem to be running around like a chook with it's head cut off before we even know.

Tyson has had his hands somewhat tied for quality opponents until the entire AJ/Usyk rematch + war delay cycle was over.

Now that is all done. Let's see what fights actually happen.

I know you're busy keeping the sky from falling so I'll let you get back to that.

Maybe you are right, that he is "reluctant" because he thinks Usyk has a real chance to best him, but I do not think that is the reason for his behavior. Is Usyk any more a threat than Klitschko or Wilder was? Is a guy that was ready to drive him Lambo into a wall that worried about taking an L in a sporting contest? I think alot of competitors may have that mindset, but think witj Tyson you have to view him thru a different lens.

As far as his purse donation all that we have is Tyson's word on that, so either you think he lied or didn't. It looks like ppl like you want him to prove that he made said donation, but according to him he does not want credit and showing proof he would consider showing off and go against the reasons he did it.

I always said that if people were hoping Tyson would just hang around and defend the belt for years, put on the fights they want/when they want them, they are going to be disappointed.
Does it suck for us fans that we won't get the fights we want? Yes. But even his Dad has been talking about how they will bounce soon for ages now. He is a bi-polar, alcoholic, drug addicted and very eccentric Traveller.....hopefully he unifies and defends for a decade, but I just don't have those expectations. I even thought Wilder was going to be his last.

But I'm pointing out both agree on the contract seemingly being a mess. If it were just Eddie, I'd ignore it and leave it down to Eddie's a nutter but how often does Warren echo what Hearn says?

This is seriously the biggest red flag, sending a contract with known issues and imposing a deadline looks suspect.

If Hearn did this exact same thing those trying to be impartial would be wanting Hearn swinging from the nearest lamppost, double standards and hypocrisy at its finest.

Totally. He loves the attention calls out AJ out of nowhere for a fight which AJ is willing to accept only for him to put in place an arbitrary cut off time so it cant happen. He just loves the attention.

Usyk doesn't want that smoke. Nor does AJ.

Fury is a complete joke and wasted his career. I hope Charr somehow violently knocks him out.

that doesnt make sense, if he were back on coke we'd hear alot more from him?

It wasn't as bad as it has been the past few months. Fury has been the real life equivalent of someone posting a new thread on here every day just to get likes.

Dude is an immense boxer, but is like a teenage girl when it comes to wanting attention.

Tyson "Favre" Fury has become ridiculously annoying with this retirement BS. He turned me into a fan of his, now I'm tired of him. And this fight option is ludicrous.
