I would argue as well that the biggest reason you do is that the current status quo suits the ultra wealthy very well, a lot of them may welcome Trumps tax cuts and general deregulation but they don't want some dictator in power who could potentially come after them.

Its not an exaggeration when they are using it as an argument to ignore the judiciary branch, they are literally claiming that since the president got the most votes he is therefore entitled to ignore the law.
