Do you like this Trump pick for VP?

Na, JD's conversion to Trumpism is genuine. He was a young kid and fresh out of college when he was anti-trump, takes a while to purge yourself of their and the media's brainwashing and it didn't happen overnight.

I've played quite a bit of poker which has made me quite good at telling when people are being genuine or faking it, I'm 99% sure JD is genuine whilst Nikki is obviously fake.
How old was he when he voted against him? Gosh, didn't realise he was that young.

Dunno but quite young. And even I had my doubts about Trump back in 2016 although it was still a no-brainer choice between him and Killary. But after he finished his term it was obvious to the eyes that have brains that Trump was a great president.

looks like he'll be having his rally outside of a storage unit facility. i guess that's a step up from the parking lot of a landscaping store.

should have gone with some couches instead of a bunch of cheap folding chairs.

Fake News, that was an hour an a half before the event and just one side.

Respectable crowd for a VP.

JD attracting the honeys include one naked one wearing nothing but a belt, its about quality over quantity.

Really getting historical crime rates from a movie

Is Vance a Sherdogger? I just mentioned Gangs of New York like a couple of pages back.

Anyways does it matter when it happened? Thinking this thing happened a long time ago so is irreverent is just ignorant. As a wise man once said (Probably Trump) If you don't learn from history you are destined to repeat it. Explains why Democrats keep wanting communism/socialism despite it never once working.

do you know what socialism is? free healthcare and higher tax rates on corporations is not socialism....

Brother we can talk communism (I think overall it's been a wonderful chapter in our history, can try to expand if you want to speak without shitting your pants about it), but no democrat ever wanted it, it's lost, capitalism won, there's no need for this.

How do you feel when it's Trump advocating for "communism" lmao?

Wonderful chapter <lol>, its responsible for 100 million deaths give or take. I don't agree no Democrat ever wanted it, lots did and quite a few still do. Loads of them wore Che t-shirts for Pete sake (granted many probably hadn't a clue about his politics and thought it just looked cool but some did and supported it). And I use communism/socialism interchangeably as they are basically two cheeks of the same ass

Yes, a large politcal movement that goes beyond borders and ethicities, chasing the dream of a better world for everyone, the end of injustice, had almost never happened before (you could argue OG christianity was a bit similar, but I don't know if I'd ever call it a political movement) and we have nothing like that now. It's something unbelievably beautiful.
I'm not a communist and I don't even agree with its premise (being work is the central value of society), but your brain has to be rotted by propaganda for you to be unable to see that.

What propaganda? I'm basing my opinion on the fact the that experiment has been tried and failed miserably with terrible consequences.

I'll concede it was a nice idea in theory and initially had noble intentions but had a fatal flaw and ended up being one of the worst chapters in human history. Calling it a wonderful chapter is mental.

Eh, there's been thousands of communist parties, and only a couple times it's been tried in practice, like in the Paris commune (but of course that lasted too little to judge anything, and everyone was killed) and by Lenin, who had to quickly switch back to capitalism because Russia's economy was collapsing. Everything else has been forms of tweaked or slightly tweaked capitalism, both the better experiments like Allende and the disastrous ones you're thinking of.
There's the Kurds in Syria but most I've heard about them has been VERY biased one way or the other.
I think it's wrong to conflate the whole movement, that lasted like 150 years, with a couple of leaders. Most if not all of the conquests of current workers are due to the work of communists.
But again yeah it's safe to say the experiment failed, the movement lost and it's lead to catastrophes in some places. I'm not here defending fucking Mao.
