Topuria Vs Tsarukyan for #1 contender

If you are currently holding a belt in 2025, there is no way in hell you're going to fight a non-title fight in any weight class. The UFC has appeared to F with the PPV compensation if you are not defending your belt or fighting for a belt, so a #1 contender fight is a waste of time for belt holders.
