Media Tom Aspinall says he was watching cro cop and implies his level of skill and that time period doesn't compare to modern mma, timestamp is 17:59

It's a pretty simple question of asking why Tom needed to suddenly re-plant his knee.

Maybe that's your problem doe.

Ho. Lee. Shit.

You don't "replant your knee" you absolute moron. You replant your FOOT on the ground...you know...after throwing a kick. When someone throws a kick, do you think they just what...leave their foot up in the air indefinitely LMAO? You throw a kick, and replant your foot. He threw the kick with his strong side leg (right). He then returns the leg back to get into his stance and when he replants his FOOT, the torque buckles his knee.

I feel like I'm explaining something extremely simple to a 5 year old here.

"There isn't a single other fighter on the roster where we pretend fights from 3+ years ago count as today's wins"

Your own words mate... Jon hadn't fought anybody in 3 years so why did he get a free title shot if those old wins don't count?
Yes, the greatest champion in UFC history should've had to fight Tybura like Tom did for a title shot.

It's totally the same thing.

Hey while we're at it maybe Tom should try fighting someone as highly ranked as Gane like Jon did. Which was also more recent and higher ranked than continuing to talk about beating Volkov 3 years ago.

WEIRD

Okay.

Why did Tom misstep then.

You guys keep trying to skirt around the very inconvenient truth for you that between these two events he gets punched in the face twice and there's an overwhelming probability that that contributes to why he suddenly doesn't know how to put his put foot down properly.

I'm starting to think you're doing it on purpose.

Hey, he tried but Gane decided filming a shitty movie was more important and turned down fighting Aspinall!

Funny how both people have to want to fight each other for it to happen. You can ask your hero Jones about it...he seems to be an expert on not signing on to fight the only logical opponent.

I haven't read what u two are arguing about but just to add he also seemed to forget how to punch here

the fuck was that first punch

No, you keep ignoring that he didn't actually get punched twice and the video I posted shows it. But you won't watch it and instead cling to your gif from behind which doesn't show if anything lands or not. Because you're a disingenuous hack.

And now it's "how does he not know how to replant his foot?" I mean, you straight up type the dumbest actual shit on the entire internet.

Yeah, when Adrian Peterson blew out his knee at running back that must've meant he was a shitty football player! That's the potted plant level IQ you're displaying here. Absolutely pathetic.

Okay so he's retarded?

Is that seriously your take?

Cause Christ that'd be embarassing if that's who you're taking to finally beat Jones then.

I have no clue what u thought my post meant

My head also snaps back exactly like I've been punched in the face after I didn't actully get punched in the face. Okay.

I mean, is your best case scenario really that Tom simply fell back after masterfully dodging a punch to the face and injured himself from the dodge? Cause that's still a real TKO for Blaydes and not simply a freak injury if he was injured because of Blaydes offence.

Again, it's very inconvenient for you guys that between Tom stupidly and recklessly throwing his kick and putting his foot down Blaydes punched him twice in the face. It's totally unrelated though.

You say dumb shit...and then it's like you look in the mirror and say "Now how can I top that and say something even more stupid?"

Yeah, when Adrian Peterson blew out his knee in the NFL it was because of the amazing skill of the defender he was avoiding.

FFS your levels of retardation are staggering.

Crocop elite K1 level strikers check. Aspinall is never fought as high level strikers as Crocop did let alone beat them.

Crocop started training with BJJ world champion Fabricio Werdum. After some years Werdum said Cropcop became so good he almost became impossible to submit. Aspinal has never trained with a guy on that level to my knowledge and recieved that much praise.

Cropcop fought Mark Coleman. Who had God tier level double leg takedown. Cropcop in their fight was stuffing Colemans takedown like nothing. Not even Fedor could stuff Coleman's takedowns. Aspinal has never fought anybody with that level of wrestling before.

Imo cropcop is the superior fighter in his prime for sure. That being said i think Aspinal beats Jones haha. Aspinal is really good. But the pride era heavyweights really were world class at the time.

Cropcops accomplishments in martial arts outrank Aspinal's for sure. Aspinal has won against the top contenders of his time but these guys don't hold a candle to prime Crocop. Prime Cropcop would have beat all the guys Tom beat even worse. Send them to the cemetery.

Cro Cop is a strange case, because he seemed so inept in the cage. He even sort of struggled to bury a terrified Eddie Sanchez in his first UFC fight, and we all know what happened in his second fight. Seems like if you could stay close to him and bully him either up against the cage or from working a takedown in tighter confines, he was fucked.

No he didn't.

Shit, 3, my bad. And the first two were against Neil Wain (literally his lone UFC fight was losing to Carwin) and Christian Wellisch (took one more fight and lost and then retired at 33 years old). Technically UFC fights, hardly UFC caliber fighters. He beat one legit guy in Gonzaga then got the interim title shot.

Aspinall had 7 fights in the UFC prior to his interim title shot. 3 vs ranked opponents (Tybura, Blaydes where the freak knee injury happened, Volkov). Also beat a former champ Arlovski (yes obviously past his prime but still better than f'ing Neil Wain or Christian Wellich) and Spivak who was 4-2 in the UFC prior to facing Aspinall. Hell, Jake Collier is more legit than Wane or Wellich by far (I'm assuming you realize this, but I guess I still need to say it?)

So it was 3 and not 2, but the fact remains that comparing the paths that Carwin and Aspinall took to the interim belt is comical. Only someone with an obvious agenda would think them even in the same stratosphere as being similar.

Did Tom get countered twice while throwing his stupid kick with zero defence?

It's a simple question and tells us everything about your honesty about this instead of pretending Tom slipped on an invisible banana or whatever you're trying to pretend happened.

Again, you're trying to "out-moron" yourself. Blaydes threw 2 punches that missed, Aspinall replanted his leg from throwing a kick. That's all that happened. Essentially every other human who witnessed that (even those who dislike Aspinall) understand this except you.

You're the LONE person pretending something happened that didn't. I hope you don't do this in your life with stuff that actually matters. This is you being a disingenuous/stupid (or a combo) about something largely inconsequential. I truly hope that you aren't some loon that's utterly detached from reality in general. Standing on a street corner yelling falsehoods while normal people walk by and give you looks of pity.

Why did Tom misstep

Why did Tom misstep

He didn't. Sometimes when an athlete plants their leg, the torque put on a joint tears a ligament. It doesn't need to be from a misstep or anything like that.

Do you or do you not understand that elite pro athletes tear knee ligaments all the time. Yes or no, do you realize this? Need to see if you're completely lost or not.

Why was there an excessive amount of torque at that exact moment

Why was there an excessive amount of torque at that exact moment

Why was there when Adrian Peterson tore his in the NFL? Or when a basketball player lands and the ligament tears?

C'mon kid, I know you can get there!
