Media Tom Aspinall not interested in fighting Jon Jones at the white house

Card will only have American vs American fighters  🐈🐈🐈

We can't risk losing at the White House  Keeping it real <lmao>

Why would he be interested to begin with? It's in America, in a Patriotic venue, and doesn't do anything pre fight for Aspinal, while he openly says he wants to fight in England next and build his base up along with MMA popularity, within the UK.

That's quite the ridiculous false analogy you are trying to make LOL
Not sure why you think it's false. Aspinall could have said -

"I'll fight anyone, anywhere. But I'm not going to play his stupid games any more. If Jones signs on the dotted line, I'll be happy to kick his ass, but until he does, we consider him still retired, which includes not commenting on this crap any more."

But instead, he pretty much flat out said he wouldn't even consider fighting him.

Shook. Duck. Terrified.

No, he is just being realistic based upon all of Jon Jones bullshit. Make it a race thing if you want.

But he didn't say "Sure, but Jones needs to sign a contract before I'll act like it's real."

Instead, he flat out said he'd refuse to fight him.

Again, I didn't invent the Jones "duck" standard, Sherdog did. This qualifies.

If people want to vote for a lettuce leaf that's quite literally incapable of signing laws, executive orders, treaties, etc., or making speeches like State of the Unions, they're free to do so. Should be a quiet 4 years.

If all those things started happening under President Lettuce Leaf anyways though you should have some questions about who's illegally wielding their powers.

It was a hyperbole to illustrate. In case that wasn't obvious.

No, Tom wanted the fight, he lost a year of his prime trying to get the Jones fight. Why would he risk wasting more time. He has zero fear of Jones, Jones would get wrecked, he's slow and old.
Please explain in detail how Tom lost a year of his prime?

Or are you seriously trying to suggest they should've fought while Jones was out for a year due to injury?

The problem with your logic is that if one guy strings things along, wastes time, and then ducks the fight...the other guy has a legit REASON to then say "Ha ha nah, fuck you" when the other guy all of a sudden decides he's interested after all.

Tom is just not on a level he can handle Alex Pereira. If Alex comes to him, he'll have solved Ankalaev. I honestly don't think this is going well for Tom. So I think Tom knows it's false hope because it'd likely be either Alex Pereira vs Jon Jones or Alex Pereira vs Ankalaev...

Ppl here think I'm being dumb or wtv but I don't care. I value the insights I've gotten in this time gap more than overall fan hype. And from what I've seen when looking more closely these times, and investing my time on it, vs the 75% feedback / counterargument I get on here, I hold my opinion strongly. It's from genuine belief. Ppl believe whatever they want. I just hope I get to see whether I was right or not... Maybe I'm dying without knowing how things are going to unfold. That'd be a shame....

He didn't say anything of the sort
