Thanks mate. I don't have an specific numbers set, I just want to keep improving across all the lifts. It would particularly be nice to get a squat PR before the year is out though.

He's defo good for 210kg.

Not with how things have been recently, deadlift has been pretty poor ever since I pulled 200kg.
