Thanks Dr. Finished work at 07:30 this morning, had breakfast at the pub with my youngest son until 10:30, got a few hours sleep before taking my eldest son to gymnastics, shortly I'm helping my sister on a mile run (she's not very "athletic" shall we say) and then finally, I can make a start on my beer. Thanks Calvus. As it's a new cycle, I'm keeping the volume low at the moment, but will gradually increase over the coming weeks to hopefully peak at Christmas. Will post details from tonight's session later.

Ouch, something went pop on the deadlift, I had to crawl back into my house, take off my belt and lie down on the floor. On last week's deadlift something similar happened but not quite this bad. So, knee is currently causing me problems and now back..this is not going as planned.
