First of all no country in the world currently has completely open borders, where people can freely enter and exit without any restrictions. Do you mean open borders in the sense that they don’t have a physical barrier, like a wall or a fence? In that case, most countries have open borders.

Second of all It's not just open borders - anything perceived as anti-white by Trump's base, like DEI initiatives, H-1B visas, inclusion, and diversity, is seen as a threat. If he goes against that, he'll lose their support. Other than that, he can do no wrong in their eyes.

Most undocumented (or "illegal") immigrants in the U.S. do not enter by sneaking across the southern border, contrary to popular belief. The majority come legally through official ports of entry such as airports or border crossings on temporary visas, and then overstay those visas.

And I have a sneaking suspicion that you wouldn't care one bit if those 10–20 million migrants were white Europeans,and that's exactly the point.
