When I was trying to stay as heavy as possible I did lots of regular food but relied heavily on one big ass shake a day.

Half a pint of icecream, two bananas, few table spoons peanut butter. four scoops protein, some milk. Easily 2k+ Cals everytime.

PB+J sammiches are always good too. Portable, tasty.

Oh and fig newtons. Two sleeves a day.
