--used straps for 525, ripped open callous on 495. Need to do better job filing them.
Bite them off and chew them.. that's what I do.

Can't seem to gain any weight. I must be dying.
Strong sounds good. Don't necessarily need to be big, just don't want to be 121kg lifting against 150+ guys.Yowzers. What's the plan? Are you going balls to the wall, get as big and strong as humanly possible?
