I have been working out with a guy at work he is quite lean and athletic. This has pushed me quite a bit to change.

Plus, I saw a photo of myself that made me feel ashamed, so it's time to drop some weight.

How's the weight? And how's the strength?

Weight is 273 today, strength is fine. Mostly working around 80-85%, it moves the way it is supposed to.

Feeling much healthier, though. Feel like I look a little leaner than I had been at 275+.

Not really. If I were leaner at 275, that would be fine. It is fun telling people that you weigh 275, though. Seems like a big man weight.
