Goals & Gains The Hell in Me

Yeah I downloaded their album last year onto my phone. I played it to death and have gone and deleted it, I was using it to get me through my cardio. I hate cardio, and I think I started to associate the album with a bad feeling. I'll likely listen to it again some time.
I'm into Any Given Day atm, sounds a lot like KSE. And I just downloaded Parkway Drive's album Horizon. First time listening to these guy's, I know they've been around for a while now. Have you heard of them?
 
I've heard of Parkway Drive. To be honest, my horizons aren't as far reaching as they once were, I don't have the same time to find new music to listen to. And my taste has changed too, so I'm less inclined to DL metal and more inclined to DL Katy Perry, because my kids seem to like her. But I was pretty stoked to find Michale Graves - Lost Skeleton, Supernatural and Vagabond, not metal, but very good and my kids don't mind.

I used to change the channel whenever he picked up a microphone and wouldn't change it back until he was done talking. I didn't want to see or hear him at all.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't the desired effect lol.
