Jon takes Tom down immediately and we get to see how Tom does on his back with Jon throwing gnp. Jon isn't going to stand and strike with Tom for long durations of this fight. I think he comes with a grappling heavy gameplan. Tom's cardio is untested, and Jon is going to take him in deep waters.
Jon just needs to use Tom's forward momentum against him when he's trying to rush in and take him down.
Another thing, if you check Tom's UFC stats literally none of his opponents have ever even attempted a takedown on him. So his takedown defense is also a question mark.
