Should Tom Pull a Khabib?

What if he confronted Jon in person and “checked” him like Khabib did Artem? (not jump him like that coward Masvidal did Covington). A little slappity slap might go a long way, especially if it gets caught on video and goes viral. Jon is a pussy, but a prideful pussy, and this might push him to want to defend his honor.

Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands and I believe Tom should strongly consider this. What do you guys think?

Tom has the implied victory and with Jones refusing to defend is essentially the current UFC HW champ.
While the company is obligated to offer a predetermined number of available fights a year I don't see an arrangement that will make sense for everyone and eventually Jones will simply age out and disappear.
By Tom's comments this appears to also be the way he's thinking and welcomes anyone that is under the impression they have something to bring which is great. Lets get it moving again.

He’s not exactly a stranger to fighting guys he’s scared of. Pretty well documented he was scared of Rampage before their fight, then went out and dominated. There’s a lot not to like about Jones but the idea that he’s someone who would just stand there for that sort of thing is based in fantasy logic where we assume that bad people (and yes I would classify Jon as a bad person) are craven in all situations, and that just isn’t the case.
