I think some fighters just have weak bodies for whatever reason and Rose is unfortunately one of them. I first noticed it in the Karolina fight where she looked like she didn't want to be there after getting clinched and kneed a few times, and she was just about dead after Joanna clinch abused her at the end of the 3rd round in the rematch.

But yeah, some situps and a few coconuts & medicine balls to the abs won't hurt.

She holds the title and is a 2 time defending champion. With one more win she probably goes down as greater than Rose, despite the losses. Rose foolishly chose that idiotic game plan against Esparza in a fight she should have won and then to move up a weight class and just be another fighter at flyweight.

Yeah she came back better than ever. I'd favour Zhang over Namajunas in another rematch, but I also have absolutely no interest in seeing it.

I think Namajunas should have one or two more fights max. Her hearts not really in it anymore I think.

she's one of the best WMMA fighters ever. she's one of the only women fighters who strikes like a man. she doesn't have all these wild shitty uncoordinated strikes. her strikes are like picture perfect, her timing, her setups are on another level. only Valentina has the same type of level of striking in WMMA.

You're taking my posts out of context, to "use against me", but you're leaving parts out just like a typical POS. I said "Rose kind of sucks now", Valentina and Nunes became boring because they stopped trying to finish their opponents, as in they used to be a lot better to watch. I said Juliana Pena's striking was comically bad, not herself overall. If you don't disagree then you're just arguing for the sake of arguing, which is fucking stupid and a waste of time.
