No, you come on now. Zhang Weili is a two time dominant champ with a win over Andrade herself (Starched her I might add) and what, 4, 5 Title defenses? Andrade is a one time champ with no title defenses. Andrade doesn't hold a candle to Weili skill wise or accomplishment wise.

Obviously credit to Weili for inning a couple of those title shots, and she has decent title defenses. There's no universe Andrade has a better record than Zhang just cause she fights all the time stacking up wins against people who do nothing for her legacy while also losing half the time. Calvillo? And you could argue Rose didn't deserve either of her title shots either. She hasn't won more than three fights in a row her whole career? And what about Ronda? Her record has aged mostly horrendously.

Weili has been at the height of the sport for 6 straight years. Andrade was there for a split second before getting smacked right back down to gatekeeper status.

Her resume in the short time she was here destroys Weili’s. Ronda has far more quality wins, and far more title defenses. Zingano & Davis are nothing special. Yes they got wins over an underdeveloped Nunes back in like 2011 & 2013 I think. Now if they beat Nunes at her peak then you'd have an argument, but you don't because Nunes wasn't the lioness back when she fought those two. You think they could hang with Nunes during her reign?


I'll give you the Tate wins tho, that is the only highlight of Rouseys career that means anything. But even at that, it wouldn't put Rousey over Weili nor does it make her top 5 since Tate was incredibly overrated.

Rose is weird to place. On one hand, yes, she is 4-0 over those two fighters. On the other hand, she's 10-7 to everyone else, while Zhang is 26-1 over everyone else.

Consistency is hard to track against highest quality.

While most of her competition has frankly put being abysmal for a championship level fighter due to the quality of her division, Cyborg sheer longevity should put her above Ronda, considering she came around the same era and also didn't face the most stellar opposition.
Ronda won her first title fight in 2012 and had her last win in 2015.
Cyborg won her first title fight in 2009 and had her last win in 2024 (against a very credible opponent, ten fights win streak including a win over Kayla Harrison).
