Absolute Savage.
More focus on muscles like his usual training. He needs to focus on cardio/conditioning. His focus on muscles has slowed him down and made him lose all his footwork and movement. He does seem to be doing more body weight stuff here so that's better overall. He can still do a lot of conditioning cardio stuff with a broken leg - those arm bicycles, rope pulls, etc.
