Rented a car this week because I had so much driving to do for work, returned it this morning & was planning on jogging back home (about 2.2 miles), but as soon as I started jogging, my lower back got extremely tight. Jogging was painful so I ended up walking most of the way back home. Back loosened up over the course of the walk. Feels fine now.
