How so?
Lopes's est wins are Ige and Ortega, which is awesome, but Evloev beat Ige AND Lopes himself. PLUS Arnold Allen. I don't see any argument for Lopes's wins being better.
Plus 5-fight win streak compared to 8-fight win streak.

I just can't understand the logic of Lopes over Evloev.
The ONLY argument for Lopes is that he gets finishes and Evloev does not. But I don't think that should factor in at all.
