Either way i think the time is what makes this challenge a bastard, you just don't have time to try and get your breath back

Rep Scheme:
20 reps left, 20 reps right, 5/5,5/5,/10/10,/3/3, 3/3 off into infinity was the plan.

OK, I tried with a 50# DB. 55 reps. Upped my total a little to 2750. You're the man Finnegan, I gotta give it to ya.

In my defense, I think it is a little harder only being able to use one hand:icon_sad:

Yeah, I've been waiting for a challenge I could actually participate in, so I'm actually really happy with this one, even if I am destined to be close to the bottom of the board. Had rotator cuff surgery and until about the middle of March I couldn't even lift my arm above parallel to the ground.

I can do most of the exercises I've seen in the challenges, but not fast. Like on burpees, I have to do the squat first, then separately & slowly do the push up. Roll-outs I have to do kneeling. Pull-ups I have to use the assisted machine, or just do negatives. Basically I have use of the arm at this point, but not much strength still.
 
Tried again with 50lbs, got 76 reps.
