May Challenge: Standard's 3 mins of fun

My score is pretty bad but not so bad given that it was one handed with my weak arm (left). Once my right hand is better I'll give this a go with both the barbell and one handed with my right arm and see what time I get. I'm know I can do way better than I just did. Please add me to the board Standard.

Good job man. To be fair, I do have a bit of an advantage. I'm right-handed and using my left as well...but that's been the case since the end of November. So my weak hand has been getting a lot of attention lately. I'm sure you'll smoke me when you get the other one back in on the fun. :D
 
50 DB for 65(35 right, 30 left) reps for total tonnage of 3250 lb at 215 lb bw

great workout....made my whole posterior chain burn..
 
80kg (176.4lbs) two handed snatch x 18 = 3175.

This was easier than the lighter weight. I just hit the groove right away. I can do more reps, but I'll wait until after my highland games to try again.

I can break 4,000 I think or at least get 21 reps a minute. I haven't done these hard since the 100 rep challenge.

My back has been fried for the last two days...even my foam roller is no match for the DOMS producing effects of this challenge....

Ok, just finished one-handed DB snatch, with 30lbs.

Total: 2850

I can do better than this. My arm is dead!
 
I'm going about this all wrong. I'll try it once more after my games with a much lighter weight.
 
Did it with a 24kg dumbell

got 80 in 3min. it totals 4232lbs (1920kg)
 
I think we can all agree that doing this challenge with a barbell is the wrong way to go about it.
