Alright! There was a bit of a backbend, but I think it was a good lift. I'll leave it to the judges. Either way I busted like 3 nuts getting this thing up so it was totes worth it. +5kg for the team.

Switching to Madcow this coming Sunday...have a few plateaus to break through, including OHP.
 
Sorry been a bit tied up with school. Anyway hit a big PR of 60kg for 4 sets of 3. 60kg was my 1RM at the beginning of the comp.
