Why have I not updated my log? Actually I did workouts but they were not significant enough in my eyes to be posted on this forums. I would have thought: Why is he posting this?
The news are: Doing workouts without a real plan doesn't fit me. I need to know what to do before I leave to the rowing club. When I'm at the training without a clue of what to do I spent more time thinking of great workouts than actually doing them.
So here I go again:
I decided to to do the 3 day 20 rep squat sched. Last time I did it I started at ~50kg. This time I started at 75kg. Adding 2,5kg each session. Let's see how far I get during the next 4 weeks. When I hit 20x100kg graedy will reward me with a nice ice. I wont dissapoint him on this.
What I do besides squats I'll decide at each session. But I will stick to upper body workouts, because there is a lot to improve. I think of dips, db rows, chins, pullups and such. Maybe some v situps. Summer is ahead
Although I don't focus on my body's shape like graedy does
I was positivly surprised to see my abs on day.
I don't like my huge legs and my growing ass I gained of the squats. But I love 'em so much. I would never prefer a perfect look over doing squats.
So here's what I have done last days and how I started my new sched. Finally there will be something to report over the next weeks. I'm glad to record efforts again.
oh noes, I just had a look on my notes. They're too depressing. I'll just post the last session.
squats: 20x75kg
DBrows: R:1x25x35kg L:1x21x35kg
Dips @bw: 10,9,8,7,7
Chins: 10,10, what happend to the last set? ...
Graedy had his great farmer's walk performance @2x75kg over 1 and ~2 roomlengths.
I was impressed and tried myself. I wasn't even able to lift the two db. Instead I hurt my lower back. Can't quite move. I hope it's alright tomorrow so I can keep going!
