new squats pr: 140kg

No surprise.
No pain no gain. The bill for my wrecked last half of the year.
150kg are planned until march.

Still a solid 10kg PR.
Your depth really deserves the term ass to floor.
So don't be overwhelmed by some of the numbers the guys here put up.
NExt sunday it is time for some insane volume again.
If you stay consistent with this you will be hitting 150kg by march for sure.
 
Don't ask me what was wrong today, but neither me nor graedy were in proper condition.
Maybe the fuel is going low for this year. Dark weather out there is eating up the reserves.
One good thing to mention is I discovered my love for cleans again.

atg squats:
2x5x100kg felt so heavy
5x5x110kg even more heavy but I refused to accept that

cleans (have not done them in ages, so here was to check where to start)
1x3x64kg easy
1x3x74kg heavy
3x3x69kg nice work-out weight

Yesterday morning my sister rang my bell and asked me to help with a friends move.
So, it ended up in 4,5 hours of work.
You can call it a nice opportunity for a workout or the curse of beeing relativly strong.
I was really surprised how far ahead I am after 1,5y of training compared to mortal beeings.
The weaklings also couldn't stop asking me if I wanted some protein shakes in between.
Jealous brats...
 
So as you trained on friday you decided not to train today but instead move some furniture?
One workout a week is enough :D
 
Had you called me like you always do I definetly had been with you.

But I wasn't lazy. Took the opportunity to sleep 12 hours (I seem to catch up a bit) and to tidy up the flat and take care of the christmas presents. Sort of training for me, too.
 
I'm sick ... again!
Everytime my stress-level lowers, I get ill.
Fever and lot's of fun. Had first nose bleeding in decades today. I feel like my body's dissolving.

Additionally, I gained +10kg weight.
Damn antidepressants.
There needs to be something done about this.
Tomorrow I'll check to get my bike fixed finally so I can start working out 3 times a week again.

Had a good session with my therapist today.
He came up with the conclusion that it is no wonder I suck at lifting weight currently considering my state of mind.
I now stopped taking one of my anti-depressive drugs, the one which made me growing fat.
As a result I had less than an hour of sleep tonight. Let's hope I can stand the rest of the day so I can get sleep at least this night.
Things will gonna be alright someday.

btw I had 2 training sessions since my last entry, but they were negletable.
