Elections Kamala Harris for POTUS

It’s an insurrection!!

Oh damn, they already beat me to it by 30 mins or so. That didn’t take long at all lmao.

Oh you’ll see plenty of sweating from the Trump team too.
I fully expect “this is a coup, this is an insurrection by the Dems, this is illegal, this is unconstitutional!”-type nonsense from Trump and the GOP.

Joe just endorsed her for President.

How does she do vs. Trump and what about skipping the whole nomination thing?

She trails throughout the swing states even more than Biden though she does better in the national poll.

That national poll bump is likely more attributed to Democrat leads becoming larger in places like New York though where Trump has broke single digits against Biden. The democrats irrelevant but no less coveted “popular vote wins” are only because they run up the tally in 2-3 fixed blue states. So if Kamala opens up a 3 point national lead or something, just go ahead and look at the swing state polls.

It’s hard to say for sure though. We’ll see how she does now that it’s official and after the convention.

I’d expect her to pick a VP from one of the swing states. Probably Arizona, Michigan, or PA. So the gap may close in the coming months but she’s pretty damn unpopular and doesn’t have much charisma to make up for her policies only being appealing to fixed blue states like California, NY, and Mass

Fact is, Biden’s age was only just one strike against democrats. People want Trump back. Simple as that.

Newsom/Harris is a no go, because then they are both from California, and so they can't BOTH get the CA electoral college votes.

ALTHOUGH.... Newsome-Pres/ Harris staying @ vice would be fine, it's just not possible logistically.

Endorsing Kamala was logical, but just as disastrous a mistake as they'd been making up until they could no longer ignore the elephant in the room. Should be...

I'm betting on Clinton.

Edit: Then Hillary will pick Newsome for VP. Harris will run for governor of California.

Obama calls for open convention!

The fix is in.

He owes Clinton for not getting her the win in 2016. She wants it and she is at the top shelf of the dems power structure.

This is a very serious proposition
Some people say that the delegates that Biden has can’t be transferred, they 100% can be if Biden surrenders them
If he steps down, the potential Dem ticket will be
Harris- Whitmer ( 2 females)
Harris- Newsome
Harris- Butigeig

There’s also talk of a mini-“election, delegate voting within the oarty
This of course is within 100 days of the election?

I can’t see any of this working, unless my bias and opinion is completely wrong
Thoughts? Is this a Trump landslide or are we doomed?
