The prison should have had him under 24 hr watch. Anything that could conceivably used to commit suicide should have been removed from the cell.
That's easier said than done. We simply do not have the staffing for one on ones. Especially in the federal system. I know, he was high profile but he shouldn't have been in MCC is the first place. There has to have been a better place, or at least outside agencies assisting in his custody.
