I've never subscribed to a grand theory. Ok here is the problem with you

The reason the brain pigeon holes information is any living system is limited by its calorific load, how much energy it needs to function. Our brains developed evolutionary shortcuts like pigeon-holing as it was far more efficient way to think if not as precise and accurate as studying everything like say some savants can do with memory.

Your pigeon-holing here. You're ascribing theories and things to me that have never crossed my lips and then arguing them, it's facile.

I also said he was Ceremonial Magician (capitlisation should have told you i was speaking about something specifically)

Here is what i meant- Ceremonial magic (ritual magic, high magic or learned magic[1]) encompasses a wide variety of long, elaborate, and complex rituals of magic. The works included are characterized by ceremony and a myriad of necessary accessories to aid the practitioner. It can be seen as an extension of ritual magic, and in most cases synonymous with it. Popularized by the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, it draws on such schools of philosophical and occult thought as Hermetic Qabalah, Enochian magic, Thelema, and the magic of various grimoires. Ceremonial magic is part of Hermeticism and Western esotericism.

So in summary I never said the things you claim, and you got the wrong type of magician.

I don't even care. THe point is that this place is a cesspool for mindless paranoid conspiracy and Randi forums are not. You are in an echo chamber here.

I never understood this reasoning in the quote. Wouldn't it also apply for anti-CT people, where it would just be more comforting to think there are no CT's and everything is as whatever official or pop narrative says it is? That would be far simpler and less taxing on the brain.

No, the same reason God is more comforting. Somebody is in control.

I don't think the idea that a small powerful clique hell bent on consolidating power is all that comforting :D

Are you saying reality has a rational plan? There is a collective and rational hive mind?
Im saying in 100 years...Super AI will be able to predict human nature very accurately and predict many things just based off human natural tendencies.

Right now is no different....Human nature influences what happens in the world..Which is why people say "history repeats itself", it doesn't really repeat but their is a pattern, a rhythm of things that happen frequently.....Right now however we can't really predict anything, it's too hard, but perhaps a Super AI will one day.

You keep changing the goalposts. I care when you make false arguments against me. The point is Stop putting words in my mouth i'll always challenge it if i think it's wrong.

Here's a nice Alan Moore quote for you, you know the skeptic.

"It's frightening. You call out the names in this strange incomprehensible language, and you're looking into the glass and there appears to be this little man talking to you. It just works.

He shows me his altar to the Roman snake god Glycon. "He was exposed as a glove-puppet in the second century". And he explains how he used to accompany his magical experiments with psychedelic drugs but now finds he doesn't need them. "It's frightening. You call out the names in this strange incomprehensible language, and you're looking into the glass and there appears to be this little man talking to you. It just works."

Yes, tripping each other up so there can't be one grand one. It is just chaos which you find order in.

Magicians are some of the biggest skeptics. Everyone from Houdini to Randi to Penn and Teller to Chris Angel. They would all agree with me. Go on a Randi forum and spout this shit. The poll numbers would be reversed. Actually, you nuts would be outnumbered probably 30 to 1.
Good point about magicians in general, but he's using ad-hom there regardless. Tried that with me last night, claiming that Barr ordering an investigation into the suicide is a conflict of interest because Barr was known for stuff like Iran-Contra. Just total fuckin' hackery. A pud, a spewing little worm.

That's also not evidence of a conspiracy. That's perfectly consistent with a suicidal man looking for an opportunity to kill himself.

I agree it's not evidence.

How they can it get used for evidence that he is a suicidal man. It would be perfectly consistent with folk wanting to lower his time watched as well.

What process/rationale is used to pick one over the other? There is none but internal bias.

And why exactly are you accusing me of pushing a conspiracy? I posted a link I thought people would find interesting. Make of it what you will. I'm not interested in telling you what to think.

Yet your side just posted it AS evidence. That is the fuckin problem. Like that was a "gotcha" moment. At least two of them did it. Do you see why I have such little patience for conspiracy theories?

Probably the fact that there is great evidence that he was suicidal, you twat.

You said you were just asking questions without making actual assertions. That is a common conspiracy tactic. You were caught doing it. Accept it.

You are a simpleton.

You do not understand that while asking questions without making assertions CAN be a common conspiracy tactic it is not ALWAYS or NECESSARILY a conspiracy tactic.

Imagine how nutty and extreme your position is that if ANYONE 'asks questions and makes no assertions' that becomes a subject attack for you?

How f*cking stupid does one have to be to say 'OMG he is asking questions but making no assertions!!!"

You apologized to me before admitting you were off your med's and made false accusations against me. I will assume that is the case now. Get back on your meds. You're a nut.

No i said him perhaps knowing Epstein was a conflict of interest.

I then pointed out that Barr was known as Cover-up Barr when he was Bush Sr.

You're conflating the two.

You know you're a keyboard warrior cause no one goes about in real life calling folk worms and shit. So we have a case of the online disinhibition effect. It also shows a personal interest as opposed to a dispassionate appraisal.

literally laughed out loud. seriously. thanks for that. you may be right. you aren't a bad guy, just stay out of my way. lol

So great you can't enumerate it?

Again with the insults, no one is real life talks like this to people. Why are you acting different online than you would in reality?

What process/rationale is used to pick one over the other?
Also - and it brings me great joy to do this - listen up now, because I'm going to show all of you morons a really good use of Occam's Razor.

The first explanation is only contingent on him being suicidal.

The second explanation is contingent on the product of the probabilities of him being suicidal AND the guards being willing to conspire to let him kill himself.

Also reported per business insider the prison told DOJ that be would have a cell mate, and he did not.

Just one of many things that someone is going to have to answer for.
They just deleted that tweet (that I posted). No idea what that means, just a fact.
