The redactions could be for a multitude of reasons. They've always got some reason. Just look at the JFK files, that we still haven't completely got. Redactions upon redactions to protect methods and identities of dead agents.

In terms of how it's been handled, I'd wager the administration has some outside(and inside) forces who are rather interested in keeping it under wraps. I mean, the Administration went from leaning heavily into it after Trump had already been elected, to "nothing to see here" out of the fucking blue one day. Could it just be Trump trying to protect himself? Possible, but the chain of events doesn't make sense to me for that to be the reason. I think they're getting leaned on by some other forces out there.

Honestly, I can't think of anything else.

They've said for years that the files are sealed to protect the victims. But it's been the victims wanting to release them for over 5 years.

We're just catching a glimpse that escaped of the world elites play around in. I'm sure this is just the tip of iceberg that we never get to see.

How would I know? We haven't seen the files. As for power... It's money and influence. Duh. That's all that really matters.

It must have been explained in these threads 2000 times by now why the files were not released while Biden was POTUS.

It's also been explained multiple times why the "all anyone cares about is Trump!" canard is false.

Multiple major political figures have already been publicly accused of having sex with underage girls who were directed to by Epstein and Maxwell:

Ehud Barak: former Israeli Prime Minister
Prince (Formerly) Andrew
Bill Richardson: former governor of New Mexico
George Mitchell: former senator and Senate majority leader from Maine

I would probably consider Alan Dershowitz a political figures as well, considering how intertwined with political figures he has been.
