The whole point is how do you know he was suicidal, writing "he was suicidal" or asserting it with insults means nothing.

This is epistemological simplicity how do you know what you know?

We've had conflicting reports to whether he tried to commit suicide or whether he was attacked, also had reports of him being in a good mood and positive.

Preferable means nothing. It's a subjective choice I prefer this to this. I prefer red over blue. So?

I have no firsthand knowledge of MCC, but I don't think it's unreasonable to presume it is probably similar to other jails and prisons across the country.

Well I went and looked for MCC records and audits but couldn't find any apart from one about Rape and the MCC passed it.

However the NYPost is reporting there has only been 1 reported suicide in 21 year at the entire facility, including general population. Back in 1998.

What remains is the logically flawless statement, which you want nothing to do with, that speculation which adds conditions without evidence reduces the probability of it being true.
