the fight sucked, but the was nothing questionable in that fight, it was a clear win for Khabib.

Didn't see that one. In Volk/Mak 1, Volk had the bigger and heavier Mak looking punished, over-matched, and totally bewildered in the 5th round.
Never saw Kabib in that addled state.

Competition does matter, Mak has the edge there.

Since Makhachev himself admits Khabib is the better of the two, that's pretty much the end of any further debate concerning overall prowess.

So yeah, Islam might be "more rounded" as an MMA fighter, but he will still get his ass kicked by Khabib.

Come on man, I get it, his beliefs and associates aren't exactly the best, but there is no need to deny stuff that is readily available to watch.

Might not have the best resume, but he made seasoned professionals who are still in the Top 5 at LW today, look like they didn't belong. There are guys who people consider dominant who have lost to regional fighters or lost in the UFC or barely squeaked by with a split decision. Besides the Tibau fight, there were really no questions with him.

1st fight was too close for me to call, in no way was Mak dominant.

2nd fight NEVER should have happened, Volk's coach/team failed him miserably.

Volk saved a card & made big money, but that was a career disaster.

I respect your opinion homie, however, I don't care much for media scores, they are basically sherdoggers with personal biases. I've watched that fight multiple times, unfortunately, and never seen any controversy.
