I have no problem with Khabib as a person or as a fighter. Yeah, his record is extremely padded, but he proved himself to be an elite fighter, eventually. The problem is his fans and their revisionist history.Come on man, I get it, his beliefs and associates aren't exactly the best, but there is no need to deny stuff that is readily available to watch.
There were so many questions about him. His legacy is defined by questions. He fought about once a year an only faced good opponents near the end of his career.Might not have the best resume, but he made seasoned professionals who are still in the Top 5 at LW today, look like they didn't belong. There are guys who people consider dominant who have lost to regional fighters or lost in the UFC or barely squeaked by with a split decision. Besides the Tibau fight, there were really no questions with him.
