He obviously should've been fighting, especially after the UFC booked Jon/Stipe and told us all his interim was irrelevant. Which we knew from the start when it was made from Pav/Tom instead of Stipe/Pav, the only 2 guys with claims to title shots as opposed to the guy coming off only beating Tybura. It's always been make belief.
