Actually just the opposite is true- you are taking 2 people that finished like opponents and trying to rationalize one being on another level. Very possibly. There will always be debate. But if Charles wins (BIG if considering the first fight), he’s got an argument for LW GOAT. On a side note, Khabib was very dominant. But given his lack of defenses it’s just not fair to consider him the GOAT, IMO. We can’t just assume he would beaten all the other contenders.
