You cannot deport someone with a trial or a chance for them to present evidence that is THE LAW even a judge the courts whoever enforces the law by definition must obey THE LAW or they are acting UNLAWFUL and there is precedent that if due process is not to be followed a olice officer arresting someone would be legally kidnapping them. The kidnappee would LEGALLY be allowed to kill the police officer.

This is literally legal precedent, you can use deadly force to stop yourself from being illegally arrested. That WOULD be legal. It isn’t just bad guy go away there are certain laws and things that must be observed or the arrest becomes a kidnapping. I support them getting rid of illegals but the LEOs are playing a very very dangerous game by deporting people unlawfully. It would not be unusual for a judge to declare these as illegal kidnappings, as the precedent is that the arrestees will NOT get a fair trial. Then the suspected criminals could LEGALLY resist arrest.

Man the Home Depot and elementary school graduations are a hot bed for criminal activity. I was at a Home Depot yesterday and Mexican music was being played on the loud speakers. no. there's no legal, constitutional, or existential precedent that exists where a human being is required to carry any sort of paperwork or card to exist in this country. that's not how that works.

you can say "well if you're not a complete dumbass, you'd get yourself prepared" but there's no law that requires preparedness. there IS however a law that says you cannot deprive legal citizens of life or liberty without due process, and citizens especially are inherently ENTITLED to a fair, speedy trial.
