You cannot deport someone with a trial or a chance for them to present evidence that is THE LAW even a judge the courts whoever enforces the law by definition must obey THE LAW or they are acting UNLAWFUL and there is precedent that if due process is not to be followed a olice officer arresting someone would be legally kidnapping them. The kidnappee would LEGALLY be allowed to kill the police officer.
This is literally legal precedent, you can use deadly force to stop yourself from being illegally arrested. That WOULD be legal. It isn’t just bad guy go away there are certain laws and things that must be observed or the arrest becomes a kidnapping. I support them getting rid of illegals but the LEOs are playing a very very dangerous game by deporting people unlawfully. It would not be unusual for a judge to declare these as illegal kidnappings, as the precedent is that the arrestees will NOT get a fair trial. Then the suspected criminals could LEGALLY resist arrest.
