Pneumonia complications killed Corey Hill and Kevin Randleman, hospitalised Volkanovski, Diego Sanchez and Big Nog. It's caused other pull outs from Azamat Murzakanov and Paulo Costa. Boxer Danny Williams withdrew from a fight with it, Ceceli Brekhaus and WBO champ Jonathan Gonzalez as well.

We don't know the status of his health and how serious it is or is not, but you can't act like he is uniquely a pussy for not fighting under the circumstances as it can be extremely serious, many fighters have had to do the same and he said he was withdrawn by a doctor (and I don't think there is evidence to the contrary?)
