Your gym is going to look like a medieval weapons forge
??? maybe leverage is shoulder pad mounted with no back support and pendulum has a back pad for more drive .
Do a Pros / Cons on Belt Squat vs Squat Max
Lol it already does. I have clubs from 20-106lbs in various sizes. Maces from 10-40lbs.Your gym is going to look like a medieval weapons forge

It feels different. The leverage squat feels more like a front squat since the weight is in front of you. I don't like it because you can't go very deep on it. It's a lot of pressure on the knee and spine at the bottom when you lift heavy with it. It is the way the machine is designed. It just feels a bit off like squatting with a smith. I think the Pendulum is better. It is a better stimulus for me and Pendulum is somewhat safer to use. You can train till failure without sacrificing safety.Dumb question of the day: What's the difference between a Leverage Squat machine and a Pendulum Squat machine?
Youtube recommended this... I want to buy it but it's not worth 1500+ . It's a hole in a platform with some locking mechanism. The weight also doesn't seem directly underneath the user. It is a little in front of the person squatting.
Squat max is just a leg gloryhole but solid design
Grabbed one of these this week. Excited to see if it’s worth a shit

I’m going to use it this week and put up a video. I got it for 200 so quite a deal. It’s not even scratched I don’t think the guy used itgotta go bump your review thread for opinions
Physics question - might just be over thinking it. Can a wall mounted (or folding) rack withstand the weight of lever arms coming back down? .

I finally saved up enough for the REP Athena but my girlfriend has been wanting a treadmill for her birthday and it's coming up and those are practically the same price for a decent one. I've got enough plates and dumbbells to keep me moving, but I miss my cable workouts.
I'm relatively new to the home gym scene, but sometimes it appears to me that some machines demand a price that make absolutely no sense. It's as if Home Gym prices are all over the place.
