gym - / + not gym related
How the hell do you stop nose drainage . Seems to be way worse in dead heat of summer, snot machine is in full production and have to blow it every other set. Wasn't really an issue in constant 70 degree box gym. Unless really getting a sweat going.

I'll give it a shot today. It's not allergy. It's 100% related to the gym session. Soon as heart rate up and sweat starts, so does the nose.
Just constantly blowing it now, but in the dry winter it will start bleeding about the 4th-5th tissue.

My nose is shifted from kickboxing a bit but apparently I have some kind of lingering infection my dentist told me to see this dr about so we’ll see. I get crazy thick snot and massive nose bleeds. Could be from my cocaine years when I was twenty. I don’t know.

Got a good laugh from the dipshits at Rogue this morning. Clicking around for a decent size KB to add and google landed on the PR demon that is Rogue and their Monster Bells. I saw a fair price posted and knew it had to be wrong (because they suck dick). Wow, Rogue actually has really good bell prices. Even with their $75 shipping, it's still a damn good price. Nah. Shipping is the same cost as the bell, and then tax. $600+ for 1 .

Anyone see the new Squatmax MD from Titan? It's a bit pricey for what it is. I am looking for a new belt squat. I have a lever arm but I don't like using it that much.

Haven't seen in it action. Think I saw what was the creator? Maybe some guy invented it and sold idea to Titan? He was talking about how they beefed everything up and made it better. Seemed to be a cool concept, maybe not $1500 worth of cool. But could be a market.

Edit: went looking for a vid of it being used. Titan site has a very dark cast, black room, black machine with 10 seconds of someone using it. I closed vid and a pop up appears: What's keeping you from adding this to your cart? lol

I seen this machine before. It was priced at 2000+? I figured it was high because it's a small independent selling it. It is cheaper now when Titan took over but it is honestly a 500-800 dollar piece. It's a platform with a hole. A lot of the fitness equipment are sort of overpriced even though they are good. It's like the Kabuki transformer bars. With shipping and taxes, it comes out to close to 1000 dollars.

Agreed. Fitness boom started couple years ago and all these companies are trying to ride this inflation wave. Overpricing stuff by huge margins. Waiting it out. Plates are dropping like crazy, they are having monster sales to clear the floor. Equipment in boxes collecting dust should be next. Maybe it'll be a great Black Friday.

??? maybe leverage is shoulder pad mounted with no back support and pendulum has a back pad for more drive .
