Pretty much, yes. But past presidents have managed to rein in Israel’s most genocidal ambitions.

I havent followed body counts over the years

But I think more palestenians have been slaughtered during trump, not that hes to blame for that.

I think Carter is the only US president whos actually seriously made efforts to quell the conflict.

The rest have followed the pro israel formula

As far as comparing Trump to Biden on Israel, they might as well be the same person in terms of outcomes. Though Biden gets there via ideology and Trump via more self interest (Miriam Adelson paid him a ton of money).
