@Strychnine
The pa in west bank is vastly different to hamas in gaza.
The Palestinian group Hamas has criticised the Palestinian Authority (PA), accusing it of attempting to "assassinate" its members, according to a Telegram post on Saturday.
The condemnation highlights escalating tensions between the two factions, amid frequent allegations that the PA collaborates with Israeli security forces in operations targeting resistance groups.
In the statement, Hamas official Abdul Rahman Shadid claimed: "What happened in Tulkarm Governorate, where the Authority's security forces directly shot at a resistance vehicle in an attempt to kill them for the second time in a few days, confirms that instructions were issued by officials in the Authority to liquidate and kill resistance fighters in the West Bank."
Its fun to keep blaming hamas. the loons stealing and reinforcing illegal settlements in the wb was going on beforee the war. 22 is a lot of new ones. But considering theres already 160 pre existing ones and literally bezal smoithrich stated this goal... before hamas ever attacked.
Seems quite odd to blame hamas for israel stealing west bank land...
Is it impossible for you to criticize Israel for the actions taken in the West Bank?Israel isn't going to stop until Hamas is a footnote in history.
I'm sorry, but I'm not the one prosecuting this war and I'm for darn sure not the one that decided a slaughter and taking hostages was the way forward.
Hamas IS the problem.

Hamas has nothing to do with the West Bank, as you've been told repeatedly.
IsraHell IS the problem.
I've criticized Israel throughout the thread. I've always been against Israel annexing territory.
This is known.
I just don't spout it ad-nauseum because I've already said it many, many times.
But you were being questioned about the West Bank and replying "but Hamas!" which is completely irrelevant...I've criticized Israel throughout the thread. I've always been against Israel annexing territory.

Are you against them starving and murdering little kids?
But you were being questioned about the West Bank and replying "but Hamas!" which is completely irrelevant...
The Israeli's have been committing non-stop war crimes against Palestinians outside of Hamas controlled areas, and for decades prior to Hamas even existing.
Well, they certainly aren't being prosecuted for it and likely never will. And they should be prosecuted for it. I'm against Israel annexing any Palestinian territory.

Hopefully your donations wont go to waste as a result of Israel slaughtering the workers of those organizations. And all I can do about that is write my congressperson, pray for justice, and donate to charities that helps the victims. I go with the International Red Cross and Feed The Children.
Moral collapse? Hamas never had morals to begin with
There's no solution where Hamas is left in power or intact...
The citizens of Gaza need to evict them themselves.
Yes.
I'm also against Hamas.
You?
It's not genocide.
Genocide by definition requires the intent of the eradication of an religious, ethnic group. "With intent" is the highest mens rea. Reinforcing the point I made earlier. Israel would actually have no difficulty pulling off an actual genocide. They have numerous weapons of mass destruction, they have biological weapons, they also have full embargo power. If they wanted to eradicate the Gazans, it would not have taken very long, and it would not have cost very much. And as horrible as what is happening there right now is, Israel is still acting with restraint. It's a grim thing to say, but the full eradication of the Gazan people could have been done without a single Israeli soldier setting foot in the territory, and without a single Israeli soldier lost.
A lot of people either live in ignorance or under a lot of propaganda and believed going into the war that Israel was a weak country, only sustained by American military support, etc. You might have been one of those people. That is in fact not the case, and we are looking at the result right now.
This is a war. It's a military struggle between two opposing sides. But one side is losing so badly that impressionable people are calling it a genocide. It is in fact not a genocide. Civilian loss of life is a sad but unfortunate reality of war. For example, 2-3x as many civilians died from WW2 as did combatants.
So, if you're going to lose a war, and you're going to lose it so badly that only your side is going to be exposed to civilian loss of life, and you're going to lose so much civilian life that outsiders will mourn the tragedy and call it a "genocide", even if incorrectly...maybe don't start that war.
