Whats up? I know what you mean by..its about time. I say that about everything. If I just had the book "Dinosaur training" when I was 12 years, dam I would be a very strong. I messed around with all different types of stuff durning my 18 years of training. So yes I have learned TONS, but not being speciific sometimes hurts in the strength department. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall, 164pds by the wey and the worst bone structure imaginable..No excuses, but use what you have,
