I am promoted from work. I am assistant manager of a Crunch Fitness gym starting Monday of next week. A legend is born. I will also post a video of me deadlifting 385 pounds for three reps, raw and strapless.

Holy bejesus batman. Just tag me once or edit the initial post.

He has a character he roleplays as on a game. His avatar is that character.

The persona he is playing on here is that character. Everything he mentions, the way he posts etc is that characters way of speaking. He isn't that guy in real life.

He comes in and makes a semi normal post to get people in and then jumps onto that character again.

It keeps the forum running atleast and we usually find cool stuff to chat about in the thread.

I am more impressed that Crunch fitness has bumper plates and decent racks.

I am rocking a lovely hodgepodge of steel and bumper plates at home and have about 220kg (485lbs) worth of plates total.
CrossFit did one thing right normalizing that style of lifting and making gyms realise the plates will last longer if they invest in racks, platforms and quality plates.
